In case you don't already have an account on robotic-surgeryonair.com:

1. Click on the "Register Now - Free" button on this page.
2. Click on the "Sign up" button in the pop-up that will appear.
3. Complete the Signup form and verify your free account, through an email sent to you by RoboticSurgeryOnAir (check your Inbox and Spam/junk mail).
